Looking to learn a healthy new skill for the new year? Join us for the next round of Fun Fearless Fermentation! This time, we’ll focus on the basics: a green cabbage sauerkraut, winter kimchi, wine vinegar, and sourdough starter. 

Fermenting is simple, requires no specialized equipment, and can be done with simple ingredients. Join Robin Wheeler of Subterranean Homemade Foods and Larder & Cupboard as she reviews the basic science behind lacto-fermentation, sanitary considerations, and the supplies necessary to ferment at home in small batches using mason jars. 

Participants will go home with the recipes and the confidence to start their own ferments!
