Pie Panic Night!

Christmas is almost here and you’re still afraid of making pie crust? Come to Larder & Cupboard and we’ll teach you how to make the perfect flaky and tender pie crust. In this class Robin will walk each student through as they use her easy step-by-step instructions for crust-making.

You’ll get recipes, instructions, and samples of buttermilk chess pie with a lard crust, ricotta sugar plum brulee pie with a shortbread crust, chocolate creme cocoa nib pie with butter crust, and sweet potato pie with toasted marshmallow meringue and a granola crumb crust. 

Bring all of your pie questions, along with a 9″ pie plate because you’ll take home the crust you made. Just pop it in the freeezer, fill it in a few days, and you’re all set to win the Christmas dessert table.
